Q: When do I have to join the club in order to get the Ramjet figure?
A: The cut-off date for members to join and get Runamuck is March 16th, 2016. Members who join after that date will receive the following year’s membership incentive figure. No matter when you join, you are always guaranteed to receive a membership incentive figure.
Q: I bought a membership at BotCon 2015, and got a membership incentive toy at that time. Do I still get Ramjet figure, since I joined after last year’s cut-off date?
A: No. Members who join at BotCon are given retroactive memberships. They are counted as though they have been members since the previous March of that year. All members get one, but only one free membership incentive toy per yearly paid membership.
Q: How are my Transformers Collectors’ Club Magazines mailed?
A: If you are a member who lives in the United States, you have two options. You can have your magazines sent either First Class or Third Class mail. Transformers Club Magazines are bi-monthly and are mailed in January, March, May, July, September and November. They both mail on the same date, usually between the 22nd-24th of the month. First Class mail should be received on or before the 5th of the next month while third class should be received on or before the 15th of the next month.
All other countries mail is sent via an air carrier service to a central processing center in your country and then the issues are dropped into your postal system.
We have no control over when your postal service delivers any mail but we do CASS certify and process our domestic mail through the Post Office's AVS system to make sure your address is as accurate as it can be, and then we barcode each piece.
Service will vary depending on how far you are from Texas as this is where our mail originates. All mail sent on the same date is not delivered on the same date even if it is in the same city. Postal volume, sorting centers and local carriers all have an impact on when your mail is delivered.
Q: I did not receive an expected issue of the Transformers Collectors’ Club Magazine by the 11th of the month. Who should I contact?
A: These kinds of inquiries are best directed to customer service admin or firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that it takes several weeks for all members to get their copies, so you might want to wait at least three weeks after hearing the first indications that other members have gotten their issues before contacting the admin, as the post office may simply be slower than expected.
Q: How can I submit something to be included in the club magazine?
A: You can send your photos/articles and other content submissions via e-mail to Pete Sinclair at email@example.com.
Q: Why do club exclusives cost so much more than retail?
A: Club exclusives are produced in very short runs. A retail toy could be anywhere from 10,000-50,000+ pieces. Club exclusives are VERY limited with most runs under 2,000 pieces. Most of the cost of these toys is in the initial set-up of the tooling so that makes the cost a lot higher for shorter runs. By producing limited runs, this ensures the long-term collectability of the figures.
Q: When will the next club exclusive figures be available for purchase?
A: Once we get the final production timeline in place we will be able to announce pre-orders. We suggest, if possible, that members set aside some funds now, or in the near future, for when these become available for pre-order. Club exclusives sell relatively fast and we want to ensure that everyone who wants one of these toys can purchase one.
Q: If I no longer want to receive club emails, how do I get removed from the contact list?
A: In order to use our online services part of the terms and conditions of your membership is to receive the club emails. The only way to not receive the emails is to no longer use the online services.
You can do this by logging in to the club site and select My Account. On that page you can delete your email address by removing it from the box and selecting update at the bottom of the page.
However, if you log back in, the system is going to make you put a new vaild email address to continue.
Q: The Club Toys often sell out very quickly, could you just produce more?
A: We try to produce enough so everyone that wants one in a timely manner can get one. Since these are adult collectibles, we want to make sure that members see value in their purchase and that we do not have inventory left over. If too many are produced, that limits us when we want to make a new exclusive down the road. Our goal is to make, as close as possible, the right number of toys that will meet demand when the figure is released.
Q: I recently renewed my club membership but when I log into the club store, it says my membership has expired. What should I do?
A: Please check that you did not create another username and password, as this will default your existing account to non-active. When you renew your membership, you should not be guided to create another username and password.
Also, the office is closed over
the weekend and all orders processed on Saturday or Sunday will be entered on Monday.

Q: Do you ship to foreign countries?
A: Yes...we ship products to club members all over the World. Please keep in mind that we only accept US funds. All products purchased from the club store will show available shipping options and pricing based on the weight of your items. We currently only accept payments with Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and money order (US funds only).
Q: When the club sends an update email to me, I see that it is personalized. Does this go out to the entire club or just to me?
A: Club updates or store updates go out to the entire membership. If you see a club banner at the top of the email, that means it goes to everyone.
